WASAI® Return Policy:
We accept returns of products that are faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship defects up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of:
- Custom products
- Items sold as 'final sale'
- Bulk orders
If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will also accept the return within 30 days of purchase.
If the return is due to personal reasons—such as simply no longer wanting or needing the item, or having accidentally purchased the wrong model—we do not cover the return shipping costs; these expenses must be borne by the customer.
To return a WASAI® product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to get a return address.
- Return the product with the same level of packaging protection as originally shipped.
- Any repair costs to make the product re-sellable incurred by WASAI® will not be refunded.
- After your returned product has been shipped, please send the shipping tracking number to our email address: support@wasaisafe.com, We will return the refund to you via the original channel within 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
Please Note: For products not purchased directly from WASAI® but through our affiliates or other online venues, returns must be directed to the original place of purchase. Check the return policy of the affiliate as it may differ from WASAI®’s policy.
