WASAI® Return Policy:
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for manufacturing or workmanship defects and non-quality reasons, such as ordering the wrong model or changing your mind. Items returned for non-quality reasons must be uninstalled and unused. The following exclusions apply:
- Custom products
- Items sold as 'final sale'
- Bulk orders
If we send you the wrong item by mistake, please request a return within 30 days of delivery. WASAI covers return shipping costs for quality issues and incorrect items sent by us.
If the return is due to personal reasons—such as simply no longer wanting or needing the item, or having accidentally purchased the wrong model—we do not cover the return shipping costs; these expenses must be borne by the customer.
To return a WASAI® product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to get a return address.
- Return the product with the same level of packaging protection as originally shipped.
- Any repair costs to make the product re-sellable incurred by WASAI® will not be refunded.
- After shipping your return, send the tracking number to support@wasaisafe.com. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Please Note: For products not purchased directly from WASAI® but through our affiliates or other online venues, returns must be directed to the original place of purchase. Check the return policy of the affiliate as it may differ from WASAI®’s policy.
